Beta Tester Agreement

Heat Manager is currently in closed beta. By accepting this agreement you agree to the following while you have access to the beta:

1. No public sharing. Do not post screenshots, recordings, or written descriptions of the application's UI, features, or behaviour to any public forum, social network, blog, or chat channel before the official public launch. Sharing privately with other invited beta testers is fine.
2. Confidential bug and security reports. Report any bugs, defects, or security issues directly to the operator via email (admin@ictforce.be). Do not disclose security issues publicly.
3. No redistribution of access. Your invitation, login credentials, and league access are personal. Do not share your account or invite people outside the beta program without operator approval.
4. Data may be reset. The operator may reset, wipe, migrate, or restructure beta data without notice. Do not rely on the beta environment for results you cannot afford to lose.
5. Feedback license. Any feedback, suggestions, or feature requests you send to the operator may be used by the operator to improve the product, with no compensation owed and no obligation to credit you.

This agreement is in addition to, not instead of, the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Notice, and Cookie Policy.

The agreement ends when the closed beta ends or when your access is revoked, whichever comes first. Obligations of confidentiality survive for twelve (12) months after that date.
